Commentaires
-
ABIN1742297 Suitable for internalization studies when GFP is fused to an epitope residing in the lumen of an acidic compartment.
-
Restrictions
- For Research Use only
-
-
-
Format
- Lyophilized
-
Reconstitution
- For reconstitution add 50 µL H2O to get a 1mg/ml solution of antibody in PBS. Either add 1:1 (v/v) glycerol (if this does not interfere with your experiments!), then aliquot and store at -20 °C until use, or store aliquots at -80 °C without additives. Reconstitute immediately upon receipt! Avoid bright light when working with the antibody to minimize photo bleeching of the fluorescent dye.
-
Buffer
- PBS
-
Conseil sur la manipulation
- Affinity purified antibodies are less robust than antisera, since protease inhibitors are also removed during purification. Hence, storage at 4 °C for prolonged periods (i.e. several weeks), is not recommended.
-
Stock
- -20 °C
-
Stockage commentaire
-
Fluorescence-labeled antibodies should be reconstituted immediately upon delivery.
Prolonged storage at 4 °C is not recommended!
